Stebru is developing the Maestro project in The Hague at the site where the De Lozerhof care home used to be. De Lozerhof will be replaced by residential buildings with apartments and care facilities. Maestro offers 132 housing units for people requiring intensive care plus the necessary facilities, around 250 private sector rental apartments, commercial spaces, and a parking garage. The eye-catcher will be the communal courtyard garden realised above the parking garage.
