In order to start the mortgage process you can download the checklist of all the necessary information and documents we need to proceed. Of course your ID, your most recent payslip or proof of income and necessary residency documents. Bring it all along to the first appointment.

We will talk you through various types of mortgages and how much you can receive based on your salary and/or your partner's salary. We will explain every single detail and answer all your questions. We will analyse your financial situation and determine your budget.

Perhaps for you as an expat it's a financial jungle out there, but for us as experts its feels like home. So you are in safe hands. We will explain the accompanying costs like fees, tax, civil-law notary or registering the property in your name. We will point you towards the best choices, calculate what product is best fit for you with the lowest interest rate and an indication of the maximum amount you can borrow and come up with an affordable monthly payment. Now you have find the best mortgage to finance your dream property and you can start negotiating about the price of the house.

Almost there. We will request a quote from the lender you have chosen, which you can sign in order to complete the application. After the lender's final approval, all documents will be forwarded to the notary. The official transfer of the house takes place at the notary. The notary handles the money transfer. We will guide you through the process, translate the documents and help you signing all the papers. When you have signed the deed of delivery and mortgage certificate, the house is officially yours!
