The Piekstraat lies on the so-called “Feijenoord island”. Not many people are familiar with this part of Rotterdam-Zuid, but that is bound to change. A 73-metre-high residential tower block is built at the tip of the island. The project will include 142 original loft apartments surrounded by the inspiring combination of serene water views and urban industrialism. This project certainly shows its unique signature – and we are very happy to be part of it.
